Eggs Crush Game is designed to work entirely on your device. It has no account system, no backend server, and no internet connection is required to play. Camera and Photo Library access are only used if you choose to add a photo to your profile, and that photo never leaves your device. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and nothing is ever sold or shared with third parties.
If you turn on Camera or Photo Library access in Settings, or choose "Take Photo" / "Choose From Library" on the Profile screen, the app lets you capture or select a single image to use as your farmer avatar. That image is saved only in the app's local storage on your device. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared anywhere. Leaving these permissions off does not limit any other part of the game.
If you turn on Notifications in Settings, the app schedules a single local daily reminder using Apple's on-device notification system. No push notification server, third-party service, or personal data is involved in sending this reminder, and you can turn it off at any time.
Your coins, level, high scores, statistics, achievements, shop purchases, and settings are stored locally on your device (using standard iOS local storage) so your progress is remembered between play sessions. This information is never transmitted off your device and is permanently deleted if you use the "Reset Progress" option in Settings or uninstall the app.
Each permission in Settings reflects your current choice, not just the operating system's permission state:

All gameplay data lives only on your device. You can erase it at any time with the "Reset Progress" button in Settings, which permanently clears your coins, levels, stats, achievements, shop items, and profile photo, and returns you to the welcome tour. Uninstalling the app also removes all of this data.
Eggs Crush Game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app has no account system, no data collection beyond what's described above, and no way to enter personal information, it does not present the risks that this kind of policy is normally meant to address.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
